Mission

- The mission of the Reaching Our Young African-American Leaders (ROYAL) Organization is to service and generate opportunities for minority male students in Middle and High Schools throughout the Metro Atlanta area.

Program Objective

- The program’s objective is to serve as an at-risk intervention program designed specifically to aid minority male students in developing social, intellectual and academic growth.

Program Implementation

- This will be accomplished by tracking student’s academic progression and improving social and intellectual development. We will serve as mentors and consultants in our young men’s lives en route to becoming more productive citizens in our society.

RoYAL's objectives

To identify “at risk” minority male youth who exhibit a willingness and desire to establish positive relationships within their lives.
To work with “at risk” minority male youth in various ways to cultivate a sense of self-pride and develop well-rounded, productive members of society.
To create innovative programs that captivate and endorse educational achievement as well as socially developmental and intellectual opportunities for our minority male youth.
To, not only mentor and consult, but more importantly track the progression of our young men through a variety of programs targeted to stimulate personal growth.
